Ingredients
- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup green grapes halved
- 1/2 cup broccoli chopped
- 4 slices side bacon
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh basil sliced
- 2 tbsp Frescolio Herbes de Provence Infused EVOO
- 1 tbsp Frescolio Condimento Bianco White Balsamic Vinegar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small fry pan, cook the bacon to desired crispness. Set aside on paper towels to cool, and chop into small pieces.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, usually 5 minutes or less. Drain in a colander and cool by rinsing with cold water. Let the pasta drain in the sink for a few minutes to reduce excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with EVOO and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper as desired, and serve at room temperature or cold.
