  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare Brussels sprouts in the above described method. Cut the larger ones in half before putting them all into a mixing bowl.
  2. Toss with evoo, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  3. Roast in preheated oven for 12 minutes. Add walnuts or bacon and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately!
Recipe Notes

This recipe uses the Milanese Gremolata EVOO and Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar. You could also try it with the following combinations for a different taste:
