Ingredients
- 1 7 oz jar roasted red peppers drained and chopped
- 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans drained
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- juice of one lemon
- 1/3 cup Frescolio Harissa Infused Olive Oil Play with the ratio of Harissa to Varietal for more/less heat
- 3 tbsp Frescolio Mono-Varietal EVOO
- 2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve and drizzle more fresh olive-oil over the top if desired.
Recipe Notes
This recipe uses Frescolio's Harissa Infused EVOO. You could also try it with any of the following EVOOs for a different taste:
