Jalapeño & Lime Shrimp
  1. Combine defrosted shrimp, olive oil and seasoning in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Stovetop: heat a pan on medium-high heat. then add the shrimp mixture to pan. Fry on either side for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve warm. Garnish with fresh lime juice.
  3. BBQ: heat BBQ to 350-400 degrees. Individually place shrimp on top rack. Cook 2 mins per side. Serve warm with fresh lime juice.

Note: serve this as an appetizer, or as the protein portion of dinner, added to tacos or on top of a green salad!
