  • 1bunch fresh cilantrowashed, stemmed and dried
  • 2medium cloves garlicpeeled and mashed
  • 4 green onionschopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepperseeded, chopped
  • 1/3cup Frescolio Cilantro and Onion Infused Olive Oil
  • 1tbsp fresh lime juice
  • saltto taste
  • pepperto taste
  1. Place all of the in pesto ingredients in to a blender or bowl of a food processor. Pulse until no large chunks remain, and the sauce is pureed. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
