Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro washed, stemmed and dried
- 2 medium cloves garlic peeled and mashed
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded, chopped
- 1/3 cup Frescolio Cilantro and Onion Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place all of the in pesto ingredients in to a blender or bowl of a food processor. Pulse until no large chunks remain, and the sauce is pureed. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
