Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 package fresh chives
- 2 cloves raw garlic
- 1/2 lime juice only
- 1/4 cup Frescolio Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Frescolio Cilantro Garlic White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (vegan option: use a whole avocado)
- salt to taste

- Pick cilantro leaves of stems and dump in your food processor or blender. Add chives, garlic, lime juice ,olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Pulse until the consistency resembles pesto. Add Greek yogurt or avocado and blend until combined. Salt to taste.
Recipe Notes
This recipe makes a fairly thick dressing, if you want something less viscous, add more oil. It is also easy to modify; substitute the cilantro for dill or basil for a different flavour.
