- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Frescolio Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup tinned crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Frescolio Santorini Oregano White Balsamic
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup cumin
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 package split chicken wings large package
- tabasco or hot sauce to taste

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, heat garlic and EVOO until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, oregano, and cumin. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about ten minutes. Add hot sauce to taste. Stir in lime juice and remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle wings with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally until cooked through and browned. At the end of the grilling time, baste with chipotle glaze, then turn and baste repeatedly until thoroughly warmed and glazed.

This recipe uses our Chipotle Infused EVOO and Santorini Oregano White Balsamic. You could also use the following combinations for a different taste:
