Ingredients
- 1 lb heirloom or roma tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Frescolio Varietal EVOO the more peppery & fruity, the better
- 1/4 cup Frescolio Santorini Oregano White Balsamic
- 2 tbsp fresh basil thinly sliced
- 8 oz mozzarella fresca drained (or bocconcini)
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Arrange sliced tomatoes on a platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whisk balsamic vinegar and EVOO together. Place a slice of mozzarella on each slice of tomato and sprinkle with basil slices. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve.
Recipe Notes
This recipe uses our Varietal EVOO and Santorini White Balsamic Vinegar. You could also try with the following for a different taste:
