Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Frescolio Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Frescolio Peperoncino Garlic Agrumato Olive Oil
- 2 15.5 oz cans of black beans rinsed and dried
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice from one lime plus more if desired
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped, plus more for garnish

Instructions
- Add the black beans, olive oils, salt, cumin, lime juice and cilantro to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth - stirring as needed to ensure an even texture.
- If the dip is too thick, add a bit of water or lime juice, bit by bit, until it's the desired texture. Taste and adjust seasoning, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve warm, cold or room temperature with Frescolio Chipotle Corn Tortilla Chips (see below for recipe).
