Ingredients
- 14 large raw prawns tail off and deveined
- 1/4 cup thai chili sauce
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp Frescolio Peperoncino Garlic Agrumato Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1/8 cup fresh basil finely chopped
- BBQ skewers

Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together to make a sauce. Thread shrimp on skewers. Spoon sauce on each shrimp and marinate for a few minutes or up to an hour.
- BBQ on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skewers and serve.
