Our three locations are open for business! Below are some frequently asked questions when it comes to placing your order and shopping with us during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Yes, although we recommend placing your order ahead of time, if possible. Since the majority of each store is blocked off to browsing, leaving limited space for customers, we are keeping capacity limits at 50% for now. You can place your order, pay and pick up any previously-placed orders at each location.
You can place your order online, over the phone, or in person. If you have a customer account with us, you will earn loyalty points will all of these order methods. However, you will only be able to redeem your points (for a free 200ml bottle or $14 off your order), in-store or over the phone.
Please note: phone orders can only be placed during store hours.
If you placed your order online, we will email you when it is ready, with curbside pickup instructions. Please wait for this email before coming to pick up your order. If you are placing a phone order, we will give you an estimated time window as to when your order will be ready.
Yes! As of April 26, 2022 each Frescolio location will have a small tasting table set up for you to sample our products. Our stores are still closed for self-guided tasting, and staff will be happy to pour the samples for you. For the time being, we’ll be using single-serve paper cups for tasting rather than our stainless steel cups.
Yes! We ask that you place your bottles in our designated cardboard boxes to minimize our staff handling them. Once the boxes are filled, we store them for at least one week to ensure the bottles are safe to handle. Then, we wash + sterilize them using our three-day process and commercial dishwasher, so that they are able to be safely reused.
If you are placing your order in person or over the phone, we can credit your order for $0.75/returned bottle. If you are placing your order online, please add a note at checkout with your bottle return sizes and we will convert your returns into loyalty points on your customer account.
Yes, we do! Place your order online or by calling your preferred location. We will let you know when your order is ready. When you arrive, call the number posted at each store’s curbside pickup location with your order number, name and car description. Please stay in your car and we will bring your order out to you.
Please note: curbside pickup is only available during store hours.
For curbside pickup at our Corydon location: We have a designated parking spot located at the back of our store. Use the backlane between Corydon and McMillan and look for the brick building with our curbside pickup sign. Upon arrival, call the store at 204-505-1455 with your name and order number.
For curbside pickup at our St Mary’s location: There is a parking lot in front of the store. Upon arrival, call the store at 204-615-3885 with your name and order number, as well as your car description and location.
For curbside pickup at our Regent location: There is a parking lot in front of the store. Upon arrival, call the store at 204-504-4200 with your name and order number, as well as your car description and location.
Yes! If you live within Winnipeg’s perimeter limits, we offer delivery on orders $40 and more. The delivery fee is $5. Orders $150 and more qualify for free delivery. When placing a delivery order online, select Local Delivery at checkout. We will be in contact with you to arrange a delivery window. To ensure contactless delivery, the driver will leave your product on your doorstep or in your building’s foyer, and ring the doorbell/buzzer to let you know it has arrived.
Please allow 1-3 days for delivery once your order is placed.
Yes, although we encourage paying with debit or credit when possible.
For the time being, our staff will remain masked. We request that customers also wear a mask. This is a request, not a requirement. All customers will receive our excellent service, as always.
