This recipe uses an ice cream machine, to ensure the right consistency. Try drizzling a little Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar over the ice cream for a gourmet treat!
This fritatta goes nicely with a salad of baby spinach or arugula dressed with Milanese Gremolata Infused EVOO and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic for a light, healthy meal.
